DATA PROTECTION:

DVD Presentations promises to respect your privacy and confidentiality and will not pass information about you to any third-party. We complete all work on our premises for our clients. We will hold the original of your images (photographs, slides, negatives and digital photos) for 30 days from the delivery date of your order. This will allow you time to order more copies if you would like.

PLACING AN ORDER:

Choose the package which is best suited for the number of images you are sending (photographs, slides, negatives and digital photos) and other items. Number your photographs, slides, negatives and digital images in the sequence you want them displayed in the slideshow. If the number of items exceeds the number of images for the slideshow other charges will apply. If your items are not numbered correctly we will contact you.

Once you have decided on the package you would like to sign up for it and complete the form as best you can. We will send you an invoice and other instructions on how to complete the order. Once you deliver your items and a payment we will begin to process your order.

DELIVERY:

DVD Presentations will deliver your custom slideshow order within *1-2 weeks after receiving your photographic items (Photographs, slides, negatives and digital images) and other items. We would also need your music choice and other custom selections for your order before beginning your order.

Rush service is available at an extra 15% cost. Most orders are ready within *1 week or less.

We will mail your order through USPS including items you sent to us (Photographs, slides, negatives and other items). Return of your digital images will be to the email address on file for your order. Added to your order are Shipping and handling charges.

*This depends on the number of photos that we need to scan.

Shippin and Handling Charges:

Your order will include a $5.00 charge for shipping and handling. Additional charges will apply for large quantities of returned items (photographs, negatives, slides and other items). Your final bill will show the extra charges. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping and handling.

Payment:

Payment of 50% is due when you select the package of your choice. You will need to send us all your items needed to produce your custom DVD slideshow including photographs, slides, negatives, digital images and any other items needed to finish your project. Upon completion, we will send an email that your slideshow is ready. Your last payment will be due at this time. We do not accept personal checks. You can make payments online through PayPal using your check or credit card on our website page. There are no fees incurred by you while using PayPal.

Refund Policy:

Because our slideshows are custom-made we can offer refunds on the following conditions. Custom slideshow refunds are only possible if your order has not been started. Your slideshow will start the 3rd day after we receive all items needed to produce the slideshow. In this time we will make sure that we have everything we need and in order. We start rush service projects as soon as we receive all the items needed for the job.

Due to the nature of our custom products and services, once we begin working on your project we do not offer refunds.

Your Responsibility:

You will be responsible for sending us the correct amount of images for the package you selected. The images must be numbered in the order that you want them displayed in the slideshow. Images that you send to us that are not digital (such as photographs, slides, negatives and other items) will need to be scanned for the slideshow. There is an extra charge for scanning of more than 5 items per package. Please do not send obscene or offending material. We reserve the right to refuse material at our discretion.

COPYRIGHT:

You acknowledge that copyright protection is not needed for all images, documents, music and other submitted materials provided to DVD Presentations. However, if any copyright material sent to DVD Presentations for your slideshow production is, then you acknowledge that you have permission from the copyright owner to have us copy the material for your use. You must have permission in written form and in your possession. You agree to assume all copyright liability for all materials (Photographs, digital images, slides, music, artwork, etc.) for your slideshow production. You will take full responsibility for any expenses, without DVD Presentations being held responsible as such, that may arise with any infringement of copyright to any order placed with DVD Presentations. You also acknowledge that your order is exclusively for private use and not distributed commercially. Our DVD slideshows and other products are not for fee-based public exhibition or resale. By using our services you agree to indemnify us and everyone associated with us from and against any and all cost, damages, liabilities and expenses (including attorney fees and cost of defense).

RISK of Contents:

Our risk assumption is from the date that we actually receive the contents of your order until the date that we deliver to a third-party vendor to deliver to you. DVD Presentations will assume full responsibility for loss or damage to your contents during the limited time in our possession. You agree and acknowledge that restitution for any loss will never exceed the raw cost of the materials or $100.00 whichever is less. DVD Presentations is not liable for possession of contents and other materials while with the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or any other carrier for transit to or from us. You are responsible for insuring the contents of your package and securing the package properly. It is recommended that you ship your package using a reliable and reputable source. We only use shipping methods that are both traceable and reliable. We will be shipping your contents with insurance and tracking. We reserve the right not to use material at our discretion. Please do not send obscene or offending materials. We test our DVDs before we send them out to you and will replace any defective product at our discretion at no additional cost to you within 30 days of delivery. For all returns, shipping and packing cost are your responsibility.

BY USING DVD PRESENTATIONS SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU ALSO GIVE DVD PRESENTATIONS PERMISSION TO USE THE FINAL PRODUCT OF ANY SLIDESHOW OR PHOTOGRAPHS PRODUCED BY US FOR ADVERTISING/PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERNS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME.
