Faq – or Frequently asked Questions you may need answers to, here are a few. More will be added as they come up

Usually within 2 days after receiving images. [/su_spoiler] [su_spoiler title=”Can I see samples of your work?” icon=”arrow-circle-1″ style=”fancy” class=”my-custom-spoiler”] Sure, please check the links at the top (services) of this page. We can also link you to one of our DVD videos that you can see as a Preview DVD. [/su_spoiler] [su_spoiler title=”When I send photos in should they be sequenced?” icon=”arrow-circle-1″ style=”fancy” class=”my-custom-spoiler”] Yes, it would be a good idea and save you money and time…Also, we need Digital Images, so have your pictures and slides converted to Digital or let us handle that also. [/su_spoiler] [su_spoiler title=”How many images can be submitted for my slide show?” icon=”arrow-circle-1″ style=”fancy” class=”my-custom-spoiler”] That depends upon the project you select for us to do…the minimum for our Slideshows is 50 images. [/su_spoiler] [su_spoiler title=”Could there be any extra charges? if so, what are they.” icon=”arrow-circle-1″ style=”fancy” class=”my-custom-spoiler”] There could be extra charges for the following: Additional DVD’s ordered, extra images added to slideshow, conversion fees for photographs, negatives, and slides to digital format, also extra music selections. There is also a slight charge to make a MP4 Video besides the DVD. [/su_spoiler] [su_spoiler title=”Would you be able to scan any photographs that I send for my project?” icon=”arrow-circle-1″ style=”fancy” class=”my-custom-spoiler”] Yes, but you would be saving money and time to do this yourself and send us the digital images. We will only scan the first 5 photographs or slides as part of our production. Any more than that would be an additional charge per scan. [/su_spoiler] [su_spoiler title=”How about music for our DVD, can we use our own music selection?” icon=”arrow-circle-1″ style=”fancy” class=”my-custom-spoiler”] You can choose our own, or select from your library. If we do not have the music you require, then there may be a slight charge to purchase the title wanted.
