Faq – or Frequently asked Questions you may need answers to, here are a few. More will be added as they come up
How long will it take to produce my slide show?
That depends upon the number of images and music. Usually within 2 days after receiving images.
Can I see samples of your work?
Sure, please check the links at the top (services) of this page. We can also link you to one of our DVD videos that you can see as a Preview DVD.
When I send photos in should they be sequenced?
Yes, it would be a good idea and save you money and time…Also, we need Digital Images, so have your pictures and slides converted to Digital or let us handle that also.
How many images can be submitted for my slide show?
That depends upon the project you select for us to do…the minimum for our Slideshows is 50 images.
Would you be able to scan any photographs that I send for my project?
Yes, but you would be saving money and time to do this yourself and send us the digital images. We will only scan the first 5 photographs or slides as part of our production. Any more than that would be an additional charge per scan.
How about music for our DVD, can we use our own music selection?
You can choose our own, or select from your library. If we do not have the music you require, then there may be a slight charge to purchase the title wanted. We have a very large music selection you can see by following the link under Services “music for DVD’s”
